• Alberta competitors aged 5+ must be registered Alberta Taekwondo Association members

• Alberta high performance black belt kyorugi coaches must be NCCP DC certified

• Mouthguards must be clear or white

• Finger/toenails must be short and smooth

• Competitors provide: groin guards, arm/leg guards, gloves, KPNP Gen 2 electronic socks (Captain Sports)

• Uniform: approved WT-style white dobok and appropriate belt

High Performance
